Debbie joined the firm as Head of Collections in June 2018 and became a Director in the firm in 2022.

Prior to joining, Debbie had 20 years experience in the field of debt recovery, covering a wide scope of debt types including consumer, commercial and government clients.

Debbie’s’ achievements include improved efficiencies and performance in collections, driving exceptional customer service, implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements.

In her current role, Debbie leads a highly-experienced and award-winning team delivering debt and asset recovery services to consumer lenders, corporate businesses, and asset finance providers.
