We are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive or Paralegal of equivalent experience) with experience, to join our experienced team of private client specialists.
The successful candidate will be assisting the team and will develop their experience under supervision in the preparation of Wills, deeds of variation, and powers of attorney, as well as dealing with estate planning and administration, tax returns and calculations.

The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, conducting a full and varied caseload of work for new and existing clients, including the preparation of Wills, deeds of variation, and powers of attorney, as well as dealing with estate planning and administration, tax returns and calculations; and optionally, trusts and Court of Protection if experienced.

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a family Law specialist to join our team. The role would suit a solicitor or legal executive with 3-5 years’ PQE. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Department and will enjoy a varied caseload.
The candidate will have existing experience of handling all family law matters, including divorce, separation, ancillary relief, civil partnerships, children issues, cohabitation issues and pre/post-nuptial agreements. They will be comfortable running their own cases independently from start to finish and with minimal supervision. Some advocacy experience would also be preferable, although not essential.
