Caitlin joined the Commercial Property Department in 2022, and after successfully completing her training contract with stevensdrake, qualified as a solicitor in August 2024. Caitlin studied the Legal Practice Course after completing the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in Guildford whilst working for stevensdrake as a Paralegal achieving a distinction.

Caitlin is an enthusiastic, highly knowledgeable newly qualified solicitor, having previously worked in residential sales and purchases, property litigation, and commercial property for some years prior to joining the firm.

Caitlin has advantageous experience in residential and commercial sales, residential lease disputes, and a thorough understanding of the court system assisting client’s in debt recovery claims and forfeiture proceedings. Caitlin’s main caseload with stevensdrake involves acting for landlord and tenant in new leases negotiations, commercial refinances, acquisitions and assignments in offices, industrial parks, retail and leisure sectors, and development.

Caitlin enjoys outdoor running, music production and plant-based cooking.
