In addition to our fees, there may be disbursements that are incurred as the matter progresses. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as barristers and court fees. We will advise you of any disbursements that may apply and how much they will be so you can budget for these as the case progresses. We will obtain the funds from you in advance to enable us to pay them on your behalf.
