Have you been thinking for some time now that you really ought to review your employment contracts? If the answer is ‘yes’, then you are not alone.

Finding the time…

It is one of those jobs that so many businesses mean to get around to, yet so few manage to find the time. It always feels like something that can be put off until another day. But quite a few of our clients have been contacting us of late to discuss their need for new or updated contracts. So why not get in touch and see how we can help.

If you send us your current template contract, we will conduct a simple review and then feed back to you with:

·      advice on what (if any) changes you may need; and

·      an indication of the costs associated with undertaking the necessary work.

What about the costs?

With regard to the costs, we normally undertake this sort of work on a‘fixed fee’ basis. This means that you know precisely what it is going to cost from the outset, avoiding any unpleasant surprises.

So if you would like us to review your template employment contract for you, please give us a call or send us a copy of your contract and we can take it from there.
