New equity partner announced

stevensdrake has appointed John Lovatt as a new Equity Partner. John, who has jointly run the firm’s Litigation department with Ian Price for the last 15 years, deals with a range of commercial litigation including: enforcement of contractual obligations, professional negligence and personal injury claims. Commenting, Managing Partner, Alex Mitchell, said: “John combines his talent for litigation with a well-rounded knowledge of the law which helps him work closely with clients, guiding them in making measured and informed decisions. He’s also a great person to work with and has fantastic energy – it’s a pleasure to welcome him as an Equity Partner at this exciting time for the firm”. John added: “Having been with the firm for nearly 20 years, it’s a real honour to join the other equity partners, especially at this time, when we’re doing great work for some really dynamic clients”.
